SA: Police release name of murder victim

Police have released the name of second victim in a double execution-style murder in
a luxury North Adelaide apartment on Monday.

A man and a 16-year-old girl, RHIANNON ELLUL, had been found shot in the head at close
range in the Grand Apartments on Melbourne Street.

Police say the man was FARAZ RASTI, also known as ISAAC COLBERG.

Senior Constable ADAM THOMSON says he'd been living in Adelaide at the time of the
murder but was previously believed to be of no fixed address.

The bodies had been discovered by a cleaner in unit complex.

The time of death is thought to be about 1am (CST) on Monday morning, with witnesses
telling police they heard shooting about that time.

Police say the killer or killers had been known to the victims, because they did not
have to force their way into the flat.

Police are appealing to witnesses, or anyone with any information about the murders
to contact them.
